Seedex photoexposer is a three-function machine for drying and exposing screen printing frames.
MACHINE’S DESCRIPTION AND CHARACTERISTICS:
Painted steel structure
The machine is equipped with a dryer with drawers located in the bottom part of the machine, with a pneumatic press in the central part, and a halogen lamp located in the upper part.
The Pneumatic press is available in 2 versions:
manual opening (model TC) and
automatic opening (model TC-A);
Dryer with 3 drawers sliding on bearings to dry photosensitive emulsion before exposure,
Completed with a UV ray protection system consisting of a rigid casing with a self-winding front curtain and sliding side panels for inspection.
The control panel consists of a 29 channel digital computer that can control and store exposure times, vacuum times, and the drying kiln temperature and display the number of hours the bulb has been operating in order to monitor its lifetime.

Automatic storage and feeding system for digital inkjet printers
