Laboratory instrument capable of carrying out the tests of Choc léger, Choc lourd and Choc répété provided by the Cahier du CSTB. The equipment consists of two tripod supports that support a beam on which it is fixed the ball release device. Such a device comprises an electromagnet which supports the steel sphere and a double laser pointer used to determine the point of impact of the sphere.
