LABORATORY SPRAY DRIER

Laboratory instrument or small production unit to produce spray-dried powder from slip. The slip is being sucked via one pump and sent to a nozzle where it is mixing with compressed air which shall generate a floating fog inside the chamber. The hot air– generated by a gas firing unit – shall dry up the fog and produce a powder which shall decant into the bottom cone-shaping of the unit. As soon as the working cycle is over the product can be sucked off through one fan.

Oven equipped with different firing zones with different temperatures (thermal gradient), which follow the same firing cycle.

Features:

  • Equipped with 6 independent heating cells;
  • Possibility of setting and managing gradients of up to 15 ° C between cell and cell
  • Possibility of carrying out rapid cycles with times of reaching the maximum temperature from a minimum of 60 minutes to a maximum of 180 minutes.
  • Possibility to manage the oven even from a distance.
  • Firing area size 150x600x110 mm
