Continuous measurement scanning instrument, detects measurement data every 0.01 mm, sending them to the PLC to analyze any type of tile defect. With the three-dimensional METROLOGY tool, it can check:

  • Sides size
  • Orthogonality
  • Straightness of the edges
  • Sides parallelism
  • Diagonal
  • Tile thickness
  • Tile flatness
With this instrument it is not necessary to have dedicated calibration plates. METROLOGY, is available on a horizontal plane.
