QUICK MILL
Rapid laboratory mill composed of one to four independent heads, used for any product that requires grinding or refining Grinding principle: centrifuge
- Uses jars with 300 cc – 1000 cc – 1800 cc capacity
- Inlet material size <80 mm
- Final fineness <10 µm
Standardized systems for crazing resistance tests on ceramic glazed tiles.
UNI EN ISO 10545-11 standard
System designed to subject whole tiles to high pressure water vapor in an autoclave.
Tiles on which the presence of crazing will be verified by laboratory tests.
In stainless steel.
Power supply 400 V, 50 Hz.
Automatic test cycle.
Available autoclaves of different sizes and applied pressure.
Laboratory ovens suitable for cooking with rapid cycles.
The temperature and cooking cycle are controlled by a microprocessor programmer mod. K1PX with which it is possible to set 4 cooking cycles composed, each, of 8 STEPS.
Optional: Indirect forced cooling with automatic chimney control included
Optional: Direct forced cooling with automatic chimney control included
Optional: Automatic chimney management
Optional: Automatic management of the controlled atmosphere
Optional: Automatic vacuum management (Vacuum pump included)
Optional: PC management software (PC excluded)
Various models available (firing zone size and maximum temperature).
The oven consists of a sturdy steel structure which encloses the thermal insulation consisting of bricks low density refractories and preformed fiber sheets highly temperature and shock resistant ceramic thermal.
The oven comprises zones having different characteristics and precisely:
- smoke entry and evacuation area
- preheating area
- cooking zone
- cooling zone
In all models the heating elements in the cooking zone are in Silicon Carbide allowing these furnaces to be able to operate up to a maximum temperature of 1330 ° C
Optional: Management of the oven using a PC
Various models available (maximum sample size and number of zones).
BULLERS RINGS
Bullers pyrometric rings.
They are the best temperature / time measurement system in all firing processes of ceramic products.
PTCR RINGS
The PTCR pyrometric rings have approximately the same characteristics and the same use as the rings
Bullers. They are smaller in size, and their measurement is performed with a digital millesimal micrometer.
