TECHNICAL SHEET Stand-alone halogen set for screen exposing in combination with the proper pneumatic press. DESCRIPTION AND TECHNICAL FEATURES: The halogen set is available as 2000/5000 W or 3500/7000 W The replacement of the halogen bulb, when needed, is very easy. During normal production, the lamp remains ON all the time at the maximum power, depending on the model. The halogen lamp is equipped with a parabolic reflector for the uniform distribution of light. Timer for programs and memorization of exposing time. Power: 400 V–50 Hz (3 phases +earth) – 10000 W, with a possible variation on demand. ACCESSORIES AND RECOMMENDED SPARE PARTS: – Lamp holder carriage. – Lamp support with a resting table for the generator. – Light integrator to compensate for the exhaustion of the halogen bulb in time. – Halogen bulb 5000 o 7000 W depending on the model.

Seedex polymerizer kiln with drawers is used for drying photosensitive emulsion at a low temperature (30-35°C) or for hardening or polymerizing ( after having applied a proper chemical hardener ) at a higher temperature (55 – 65°C).

All movements are effected by 2 driving handwheels plus the beam’s one;
Complete of n ° 3 pression bars and all accessories.
The TME “multistretcher” is a mesh tensioning unit for the professionals.
It allows stretching mesh on many frames of different formats and profiles at the same time.
The waste of mesh is minimized and the most economical production is guaranteed.
The frames can be stretched straight or at any angle with synthetic mesh, metallised polyester as well as stainless steel mesh to produce reproducible stencils for all printing purposes.
Due to the handwheels and beam movements of all 3 sides, a parallel, even mesh tension of warp and weft is guaranteed; the uniform stretching over the entire area is maintained by the clamps on all three sides which are riding independently on roller bearings.
Frame contact with the mesh again is manually driven for easy handling.

The Seedex coating machine is cost efficient, ideal for smaller size frames for universal printing applications.
The infinitely adjustable speed, the extremely smooth movement of the coating carriage and the possibility of selecting the number of coating passes either side will result in depositing reproducible amounts of emulsion for perfect stencils. The Seedex coating machine grants a perfect reproducibility of the coating layer structure coating tolerance +/- 1 micron.
