SUCTION PUMP PA150/25
It is used to remove excess water after the development of flat screens or for cleaning residue application of catalysts/hardeners or protective coatings in the process of finishing the screen itself. TECHNICAL FEATURES The suction pump is composed of three parts: – Motor impeller channel to 150 cubic meters/hour; – Central body with door opening that allows the extraction of container that collects the waste intake; – A galvanized iron suction blade can be provided in two main sizes: 24 and 40 cm. POWER SUPPLY 380 volt – 50 Hz

The TMTE “multistretcher” is a mesh tensioning unit for the professionals.
It allows stretching mesh on many frames of different formats and profiles at the same time.
The waste of mesh is minimised and the most economical production is guaranteed.
The frames can be stretched straight or at any angle with synthetic mesh, metallised polyester as well as stainless steel mesh to produce reproducible stencils for all printing purposes.
Due to the motor driven movements of all 4 sides, a parallel, even mesh tension of warp and weft is guaranteed; the uniform stretching over the entire area is maintained by the clamps on all four sides which are riding independently on roller bearings.
Frame contact with the mesh again is motor driven for easy handling.
