Analog instrument suitable for measuring the tension of the fabric on the screen printing frames during the tensioning phase.
It allows a simple and reliable system to check the tension in the different weaving directions, by direct reading.
The tensiometer operates mechanically, does not require batteries or power cables.
It can be used with all types of fabric used in screen printing.
Stretching table with pneumatic clamps, allows the stretching of fabrics on to the screen printing frames with the required degree of tension.
This equipment can be used to tension various types of fabric such as polyester, nylon and steel.
The special characteristic of this stretching table is that the pneumatic clamps are mobile and can be positioned as required in order to tension even just one frame for each tensioning operation.
This stretching table allows to the operator to use also the small rest of fabrics that otherwise could be not useable.

Seedex photoexposer is a three-function machine for drying and exposing screen printing frames.
MACHINE’S DESCRIPTION AND CHARACTERISTICS:
Painted steel structure
The machine is equipped with a dryer with drawers located in the bottom part of the machine, with a pneumatic press in the central part, and a halogen lamp located in the upper part.
The Pneumatic press is available in 2 versions:
manual opening (model TC) and
automatic opening (model TC-A);
Dryer with 3 drawers sliding on bearings to dry photosensitive emulsion before exposure,
Completed with a UV ray protection system consisting of a rigid casing with a self-winding front curtain and sliding side panels for inspection.
The control panel consists of a 29 channel digital computer that can control and store exposure times, vacuum times, and the drying kiln temperature and display the number of hours the bulb has been operating in order to monitor its lifetime.

A vacuum meter is installed on the control panel that allows the pressure control in the vacuum table
The cooling system include preventing overheating of electrical components
Metal-halogen lamp in 2 versions: 2000/5000 W or 3500/7000 W

All movements are effected by 2 driving handwheels plus the beam’s one;
Complete of n ° 3 pression bars and all accessories.
The TME “multistretcher” is a mesh tensioning unit for the professionals.
It allows stretching mesh on many frames of different formats and profiles at the same time.
The waste of mesh is minimized and the most economical production is guaranteed.
The frames can be stretched straight or at any angle with synthetic mesh, metallised polyester as well as stainless steel mesh to produce reproducible stencils for all printing purposes.
Due to the handwheels and beam movements of all 3 sides, a parallel, even mesh tension of warp and weft is guaranteed; the uniform stretching over the entire area is maintained by the clamps on all three sides which are riding independently on roller bearings.
Frame contact with the mesh again is manually driven for easy handling.
